Cardiac Rehabilitation Programmes
The following centres in our area offer CR programmes for heart patients. Please be aware that some do not accept ICD patients
onto their programmes, if the patients concerned have not suffered an actual heart attack or heart damage.

In many areas rehab groups operate to provide physical exercise at least once a week. They are usually run by volunteers and these include people who have (or did have) heart conditions
themselves.
